Booking & Appointments

All appointments must be booked in advance through the online booking system or approved scheduling method. Same-day appointments may be available on a limited basis but are not guaranteed.
 

By booking an appointment, you agree to all policies listed below.

Arrival Time

Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive your full service. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their service shortened or may need to be rescheduled, depending on availability.
 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or appointment changes. This allows the opportunity for other clients to book the time slot.
 

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, as well as no-shows, may be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee. Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the requirement of prepayment for future bookings.
 

Same-Day Bookings

Same-day appointments are not guaranteed and are based on availability. Pre-booking is strongly encouraged to secure your preferred time and service.
 

Late Arrivals

If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or rescheduling to ensure quality and respect for other scheduled clients.
 

Health & Safety

Please reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing illness, contagious conditions, or any symptoms that may affect the safety of your service. Your comfort and safety, as well as that of other clients, is a priority.

By booking an appointment with Skin Care by Court, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Booking Policy.
